The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Region 2 took part in the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) earlier today at the Bulwagan Teodulfo Domingo Building, University of Saint Louis (USL) Tuguegarao.
With the theme “Building Bridges, Forging Futures,” this initiative strengthens the partnership between USL and NIA, focusing on empowering and mentoring future leaders to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s growth and success.
Representing NIA Region 2 were Ms. Rubelita S. Bancod, CPA (Administrative & Finance Division Manager), and Ms. Amalia M. Ramos (Administrative Services Chief A). The event also gathered representatives from both the public and private sectors, including DBP, LBP, DOLE, PRC, DAR, Committee on Population Development, DepEd, DENR, DILG, DPWH, NEDA, NTC, BFP, DSWD, PNP, DICT, DOST, CHED, and many more.
This momentous occasion underscores the power of collaboration, proving that by working together, we can create a better future for all.
