The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Region 2 proudly commemorates the 38th Anniversary of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) with the theme, "Youth in Agriculture: Cultivating Innovations Through Partnerships," held on February 27, 2025, at Excel Restaurant, Brgy. Daramuangan Sur, San Mateo, Isabela.
As steadfast partners in agricultural development, ATI and NIA continue to work hand in hand to empower Filipino farmers, promote food security, and foster sustainable rural growth. In recognition of NIA Region 2’s unwavering commitment and contributions to the Agriculture and Fishery Extension (AFE) sector, the agency received a Certificate of Appreciation for making a meaningful impact on the lives of farmers in the region.
