Amidst numerous commitments, Deputy Administrator for Administrative and Finance (DAAF) Sector, Mr. Robert Victor G. Seares, Jr. went the extra mile by visiting NIA Offices in Region 1, Region 2, and Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
DAAF Seares visited the Regional Office 2, Cagayan-Batanes Irrigation Management Office (CBIMO), and Nueva Vizcaya IMO of NIA Region 2 under the leadership of Regional Manager Engr. Raymundo B. Apil on January 24-25, 2025.
The officers and personnel of NIA Region II were overjoyed and grateful for the extraordinary encounter with one of the humble and inspirational leaders of the agency. Brief as it may seem, the employees were motivated to exert their best public service for the welfare of Filipino farmers. DAAF Seares together with the Regional Officials discussed local concerns pertaining to administrative and finance to continuously ensure the organization’s resources—both human and financial—are managed effectively, enabling it to achieve its goals for the year.
The officials, section chiefs, and employees of NIA Region 2 expressed their full support and will undoubtedly treasure the memorable visit of DAAF Seares.
