FEBRUARY 18, 2025—The Regional Development Council-Regional Budget Review Committee (RDC-RBRC) spearheaded a Budget Dialogue between regional line agencies (RLAs) and the region’s members of the House of Representatives held at the Pamegafanan Hall, NEDA 2, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City.
The undertaking serves as a forum to seek collective support for the 2026 funding of the region’s priority programs and projects. Heartfelt welcome was expressed by RBRC Chair & Regional Director Dir. Cherry W. Bravo to all participating agencies. Engr. Marcelo D. Lagayan (Planning & Design Section Chief), representing the National Irrigation Administration Region 2, presented the FY 2026 Budget Proposal under Tier 2 Programs, Activities and Projects (PAPs).
The activity was successfully concluded with the presence of various agencies, including the Department of Education (DepEd), Department of Agriculture (DA), DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), NIA-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System (MARIIS), Department of Health-Center for Health Development Cagayan Valley, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) Region 2, and other participating organizations.
