The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Region 2 remains committed in enhancing roads and irrigation systems to facilitate the efficient transport of agricultural goods, boost productivity, and promote sustainable growth in farming communities.
As of February 11, 2025, the Capannickian Communal Irrigation System (CIS) has already reached 75.84% completion with an ongoing activities of pouring of Portland cement concrete pavement. Funded under RESTO CIS, the project is undertaken by EDRO Construction.
