LASAM, Cagayan – The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Regional Office 2, in coordination with the Cagayan-Batanes Irrigation Management Office (CBIMO) and the Zinundungan River Irrigation System (ZRIS) Inventory Team, is conducting a one-time cleansing of Water Supply Systems (WSS) from February 4-6, 2025.
Prior the activity, a brief conference was presided over by Engr. Jinky P. Rabago, Cluster Head. Thereafter, a physical inventory and property tagging of WSS structures was made, with the assistance of ZRIS Inventory Team in identifying the structures to be tagged. The primary objective is to tag each WSS and reclassify completed projects from Construction-in-Progress to WSS, ensuring accurate documentation and effective management of irrigation infrastructure.
