HRMPSB of NIA-CBIMO Holds Panel Interview to Ensure Fair and Transparent Hiring Process

The Human Resources Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) of the National Irrigation Administration – Cagayan- Batanes Irrigation Management Office (NIA-CBIMO) conducted a panel interview for various Contract of Service (COS) positions on February 14, 2025 at NIA-Regional Training Center, Maddarulug, Solana, Cagayan.

The panel interview aimed to further evaluate the applicants' qualifications, skills, and suitability for the vacant COS positions. It was conducted to ensure a fair, transparent, and merit-based selection process. The HRMPSB seeks to identify the most qualified and competent candidates who have the essential skills, knowledge, and experience to effectively fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the positions.

The panel interview allowed the Board to assess the applicants' communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to the NIA-CBIMO work environment. Conducted professionally and impartially, HRMPSB members asked questions designed to evaluate the candidates' technical expertise, experience, and personal attributes. The results of the panel interview will serve as a key factor in selecting the successful applicants for the COS positions.
