NEW COMBINE HARVESTER ACQUIRED BY STO. TRESARDA IA IN SAGUDAY, QUIRINO

SAGUDAY, Quirino – On February 7, 2025, the Sto. Tresarda Irrigators’ Association (IA) has successfully acquired a new combine harvester, a significant addition to their farming equipment. The purchase was made possible through income generated from the IA’s collaboration with IA Machineries.

This new harvester aims to increase efficiency and productivity in the farming community, allowing members of the association to improve their crop yield and reduce labor costs. The acquisition is a step forward in modernizing farming practices and empowering the local community.

The agreement was made possible with the assistance of Mr. Bill R. Dela Cruz, the Institutional Development Program (IDP) Implementer, and Mr. Herwin L. Miguel, the Senior Water Resources Facilities Technician (SWRFT) from the National Irrigation Administration-Quirino Irrigation Management Office (NIA-QIMO). Their support played a crucial role in securing the necessary resources for the purchase, ensuring a smooth acquisition process that is expected to benefit Sto. Tresarda IA members for years to come.
